Get's you every time

The way the world sees you isn't nearly as important as the way you see it. 
And the things you do to make it better.

Leadership needs to include Accessibility.  Maybe it's not the most important piece but it goes hand in hand with communication.  If you're not accessible then it's going to be hard to communicate with.  And there may be more than just physically accessible.  If someone is talking to you and your mind is somewhere else, well I think you get the picture.

And you can't give all of you attention to a few people.  Oh sure, it's a great way to avoid all of the problem people (and those people will generally ask for more of you time than others).  But going back to integrity you need to spread your leadership to as many people as you can.

Also, if you live at the top of the mountain and people have to climb for days just to talk with the profit then maybe you have accessibility problems.  Or in a big castle with one of those huge wooden doors that are supported by big long chains.  Or underwater.
