I've got a lot of little thoughts swimming around in my head today. They were bigger ones at sometime this morning but you lose stuff if you don't write it down (note to self; write it down).
Micromanaging is a combination of insecurity, lack of trust, and boredom.
It's wrong to try and solve communication problems in a company by handing out books on communication.
Don't let your job define who you are. Instead let who you are define your work.
My father was from Steubenville, Ohio. I don't know how/why he ended up in Northern Illinois.
